Nanou’s Philosophy 

  • My production will stay small to allow an artisanal approach. 

  • I limit my production to avoid waste. 

  • I use fresh, high quality ingredients.

  • My chocolates are 100% vegan, gluten-free, but full of nuts (using almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and walnuts - no peanuts).

The Short Story

Nanou had been intrigued by the art of making chocolate confections for a long, long time.
In 2021, she finally enrolled in the Chocolatier Class at Ecole Chocolat and graduated with honors.
Since then, Nanou has been experimenting on her own, improving her techniques through more classes.

Nanou is very thankful to have passionate tasters among her family and friends who have been great supporters sampling every single new recipe and eating a lot of chocolates over the past two years.
