Nanou’s lab is based in her home in Oakland, California,  and is an official cottage food operation approved by the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health. All her chocolates are made of unprocessed, plant-based ingredients, good for our health and kinder to our animal friends.

Nanou is a chocoholic, mostly of dark chocolate, and considers it a professional obligation to have her daily intake of chocolates, assessing their delicate color, their inviting aroma, unique texture and audacious flavors.
